These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Budget Collab mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using Budget Collab, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Budget Collab. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Free tier is available at no cost with limited features as described on our pricing page.
Pro features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and their respective terms and payment policies apply. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refunds are handled by the platform (Apple or Google) through which you subscribed. Please refer to their refund policies.

Budget Collab, the Budget Collab logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budget Collab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
