This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Budget Collab ("Company," "we," or "us") for the use of the Budget Collab mobile application and associated services.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Application.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.
The Application, including all code, design, graphics, user interface, and content, is owned by Budget Collab and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You agree not to:
The Application may automatically download and install updates. These updates may modify or remove features. This EULA applies to all updates unless accompanied by a separate agreement.
The Application stores financial data locally on your device and optionally syncs to our cloud servers. You retain full ownership of your data. We will not access, use, or share your data except as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Application may use third-party services (including Firebase, Apple, and Google) that are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the operation or privacy practices of these third parties.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUDGET COLLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, FINANCIAL LOSS, OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices.
You agree not to export or re-export the Application to any country subject to applicable export restrictions.
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
